The Office of Dr. Syed Wasimul Haque is one of the few solo primary care medical practices in Frederick County. Our office is located in front of Frederick Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Haque believes in personalized health care and building a relationship with his patients. This creates a level of comfort that is not possible at other medical practices that have multiple care providers.
Patients are our focus and their well-being is our primary objective. Building a relationship with a single practioner is important for long and short term care.
We provide extensive medical care for patients from the ages of 16 and above. We take most health insurance plans and offer primary care services as well as many in-office diagnostic services.
