Doctors Instruction
Dr. Haque will give you instructions for a proper follow-up.

It may consist of instructions to do exercises, proper diet and compliance with medications. Prompt follow-up after blood test results and imaging reports.

Billing
Your insurance will be billed for your care. You are responsible for paying the deductible amount before your insurance will make payment.  If you are experiencing issues with billing, please contact us at (301) 663-5252.

Prescriptions
Prescriptions made during your visit are submitted to a pharmacy location of your choice.  Your medication should be taken as prescribed unless there is some issue.  Please call our office immediately if you experience any side effects from the medication.

Labs & Imaging
If there are tests that are not provided in our facility, we will instruct you to go to a lab or imaging facility. Please make sure that the facility is approved by your insurance. It is imperative for you to do a proper follow-up with Dr. Haque after any blood tests or imaging studies.

Dr. Haque has a great relationship with a large network of specialists where he can refer you according to your needs and requirements.
